Due to the CUSTOM NATURE of our Made to Order items (T Shirts, Sweatshirts, etc...) there is a NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy.

For delivery issues, please refer to your tracking information that you receive via email when orders are shipped. If there is an issue with delivery due to USPS, I recommend contacting them first, as there are many issues with USPS delivery right now.
